Our client are looking for a Desk-based Sales Executive, who will be a specialist in VoIP and Connectivity and will be targeting both new and existing customers across the UK.

What will you be doing as a Lead Generation Agent?

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services
  • Ensure sales connection targets are achieved
  • Achieve gross profit targets
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to identify additional products and services to increase customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with implementation team on all new customers ensuring journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional
  • Have commercial acumen and maximize the profit on each deal without putting the deal at risk and work within company guidelines
  • All reporting is to be done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner
  • Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish positive rapport
  • Follow all processes and procedures that are put in place which may change from time to time
  • Deal in a professional manger with all customer communications
  • Ensure all information is captured correctly and accurately for each conversation
  • Always keep systems up to date and accurate

What experience / skills are we looking for?

  • Experience in outbound sales in a call centre environment is essential
  • VoIP & Connectivity sales experience
  • Comfortable in working towards targets and KPI’s
  • Highly motivated and eager to be successful
